Two-Year Limited Warranty

Crafted with distinction, Paladin fountain and rollerball pens are designed for lasting beauty and an exceptional writing experience. Paladin Pen Company warrants your pen against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase, under normal use and proper care.

What Is Covered

Coverage includes defects in materials, manufacturing, finishing, or assembly, such as:

• Structural flaws in the cap, barrel, or grip.

• Improperly fitted or secured clips, trim, threads, or cap mechanisms.

• Premature peeling or separation of finishes caused by manufacturing defects.

• Faults in the nib, feed, or supplied filling components that affect writing, ink flow, or ink containment.

Following inspection, Paladin Pen Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace a pen or component with a covered defect at no cost.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty excludes normal wear, including superficial scratches, changes in sheen, and natural patina. Minor variations in hand-finishing or decorative materials are not defects unless they compromise structural integrity or function.

Coverage also excludes:

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, excessive force, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions, including bent nibs and damaged threads.

• Clogging, staining, or ink-flow issues caused by dried ink, inadequate cleaning, unsuitable inks, or improper cleaning products.

• Routine cleaning or adjustments made solely to suit personal writing preferences.

• Damage caused by alterations or repairs; unrelated defects remain covered.
